Football has been my interest for long and as every one knows I'm a big time Chelsea fan. There is some special madness about this game which keeps me addicted to it despite my busy schedules. The main reason why I enjoy football more than any sport is because of its unpredictability. This season of the Barclays Premier League has gone to the heights of unpredictability. In this blog post. I'll discuss about the 5 most talking points of the current season.

#5. Jurgen Kloop at Liverpool
Jurgen Klopp is unveiled as the new manager of Liverpool FC as he stands alongside Tom Werner (l) the chairman and Ian Ayre (r) the chief executive

The well known German Manager Jurgen Kloop happened to replace Brenden Rogers for the managerial position at Anfield earlier this season after having left Dortmund. His presence on the sidelines has helped the youth develop and play according to his style of high paced counter attacking football. Despite all those tactics he's still finding it difficult to repair the damage done to the team in the early half of the season as they find itself in the mid-table. Jurgen Kloop would definately eye for an Europa cup position by this season end.

#4. European cup positions and Relegation battle

How the Europa League winners will enter the Champions League

This season of Premier League is high on barbiturates. Noting can be said about the teams which could make it to the European cup as well as the teams which could be relegated. The points tables are so closely differentiated that a win or loss can turn the table for any team. Seeing the form right now, it is expected that Leicester and Arsenal might qualify for the Champions league, the other two positions are left to be battled by Manchester City, Tottenham, Manchester United and Southampton. While only a few points behind, lagging are Liverpool and Westham United.  I guess this will go till the end where the teams to play in the European cups will be finalized

#3. Chelsea's failure
Jose Mourinho is unfamiliar with such a bad run of results and it shows

The beginning of this 2015-16 season expected to see Chelsea dominate the Premier League table from day 1 like they did in the last season under Mourinho, when the went on to win the league. Sadly, things didn't go the way it was expected for the defending champions. With multiple injuries to key players and players failing to get back to their striking form, Chelsea slid down the table week after week, till Mourinho had to depart from Chelsea. Many blamed Mourinho for Chelsea's failure, while some blamed the players directly. Nonetheless, Guess Hiddink has replaced Mourinho and has helped Chelsea attain a decent position in the table. It would be a herculean task to make it to the european cups, but alteast Chelsea wont be relegated this season :P

#2. Leicester Rise to power with Vardy and Mahrez in Top form

Claudio Ranieri has warned clubs away from trying to sign Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez

"Expect the Unexpected" this season saw the most unexpected turn of events as last year survivors from the relegation battle "Leicester" currently top the table. The credits to most of which has to be given to Claudio Ranieri who's done some tremendous work in shaking down big teams. Leicester have two main fire power this season which inlude James (Jamie) Vardy and Riyad Mahrez who have been in the score sheet very often for the foxes. Going by their form, they are expected to lift the trophy this season for the first time in their history. Will it happen. Will this, one of the most talked about thing in this football era happen ? we got to wait and find out...

#1. LVG OUT, Jose Mourinho to Manchester United.

Jose Mourinho failed to prove himself in his third year running as a Chelsea manager for the second time. Chelsea were moving down the table and the owner had only one choice - Agree to split ways with Jose Mourinho.
Ever since Mourinho had split ways, he has been linked to many clubs, of which Manchester United seems to be the choice with Luis Van Gaan failing to get results. Will he replace LVG after the end of the season, or will LVG be sacked before the completion of this season.? Everyone is eager to know the fate of manager at the largest team on the land

Check out this video by my Vlogger friend @Meghna Sengupta on her YouTube Channel "Football Geek"as she speaks about "LVG OUT" The video also features me as I speak about "The 3 reasons why Mourinho is a better choice at Manchester United"
